Never sold a copy. Got shit poured upon me. Precious peeps are worse than puritains.brbrDownload the ebook versions including ePub from a href=http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/4265here/a.brbrI've only looked at the Palm .pdb version and the bbold/b, iitalics/i (used twice) and differing font for some headings are gone, as is some right justification.
